Kelli brings a passion for connecting people and science; a skill honed over her 27 years working at Eli Lilly & Company. Kelli started her career as a scientist and then moved into laboratory leadership before transitioning into Human Resources. While in HR, she supported Manufacturing, Quality, Research, Medical, Product Development, and Sales & Marketing. She has experience across employee relations, project management and strategic business partnerships. A hallmark of Kelli’s career is building trusting relationships from front line employees to senior leadership. She is a great listener and uses this strength to connect the unique skills of each person with the right opportunity.

Kelli holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Indianapolis where she graduated magna cum laude. She is also a certified Six Sigma black belt and has extensive experience working with teams on diversity & inclusion.

When not making connections for The Agency, Kelli can be found with her husband Brian and two children traveling and enjoying all things Disney.
