Since joining The Agency team in 2013, Galina has made key contributions on behalf of clients in both project management and recruiter roles. Her great attention to detail and exceptional background in relationship management enable Galina to understand and build relationships with both clients and candidates. Her analytical skills, thoroughness, and understanding of business were developed in her decade of experience in the Banking and Finance fields. As a certified banking professional she worked closely with high-net-worth corporations to incorporate investments, borrowings and assets into banking solutions. Born in Ukraine, Galina and her family moved to Los Angeles, CA where she graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Accounting. She speaks multiple languages and is our resident comedian.
