Those years in the Pharmaceutical industry: 10 years in Quality as an analytical chemist, 17 years in HR & Recruiting supporting medical manufacturing, medical and quality – were exceptional training in understanding the nuances of recruiting for the life sciences. These experiences are tailor-made for connecting the highest caliber scientific talent with the best pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Michelle holds a BS in Chemistry from the Honors College at Ball State University and has been SPHR certified since 2007.
