For 18 years Susan has provided leadership and contributed both industry and academic perspectives to The Agency. She draws upon her 20 plus years’ experience of research and teaching in life sciences to develop and implement proprietary approaches to sourcing from in-depth publication reviews to analysis of cutting edge technologies. A natural teacher, Susan enjoys educating The Agency team on technical aspects of searches and is frequently called upon by our clients’ HR departments for scientific consulting services. She maintains relationships with many of the leading graduate and fellowship programs across the country, advising post docs and fellows on potential careers in industry.
Susan earned her doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego, after obtaining a bachelor’s of science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
