Joining the team in 2016, Veneta brings a scientific and academic perspective to the Agency through her masters degree in Biochemistry and utilizing 15 years of experience working in the clinical research space at University of Pittsburgh and Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

In her role as an Executive Recruiter, she connects exceptional senior-level talent world-wide with leading organizations, ranging from large pharmaceutical companies to biotech startups. With extensive search experience throughout Europe, US and Asia, Veneta has made numerous, essential medical and scientific placements across the value chain in discovery, development, and manufacturing.

Originally from Bulgaria, Veneta is fluent in three languages and a dedicated wife and mother. When not watching her children compete in water polo tournaments, Veneta can be found swimming, hiking and exploring the beautiful Southern California mountains with her family
